NDIS Certification
If you deliver more complex or higher-risk supports such as daily personal activities, community participation, or supported independent living, you’ll likely need to undergo a certification audit.
This involves both a documentation review and an on-site assessment by a third party approved quality auditor to confirm you meet the NDIS Practice Standards across a range of quality and safeguarding indicators.
Certification audits can feel daunting, but with the right preparation and support, they don’t have to be.
NDIS Verification
For providers delivering lower-risk, less complex supports such as therapeutic services or plan management, a verification audit is required.
This type of audit focuses on checking key documentation such as qualifications, policies, and insurances against the NDIS Practice Standards.
While simpler than a certification audit, it still requires careful preparation to ensure everything aligns with compliance expectations.
